Refund and Cancellation Policy
Your right to cancel and/or get a refund
We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers and to deal fairly and reasonably and so hope that you will be fair and reasonable with us too!
Since Eeshi-Ra Hart and Sonic Life Solutions offer some products that are non-tangible, and irrevocable as digital download products e.g. eBooks, training videos, audio files, etc, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product download links sent and downloaded.
Under the laws of the EU and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the updated Paypal rules for digital product purchases, you have 14 days to cancel or the right to a full refund, but ONLY if you have not downloaded the digital content. So, therefore, once the customer starts to download, they acknowledge that they have thereby waived their right to cancel or receive a refund. It is not possible to change your mind after you have downloaded the content, because it is already deemed as sold and received. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item on this website. This is why this website gives a full description of what is offered for each product, and explains clearly that no refunds for digital content are possible.
If one of your download links appears to be faulty or not downloading correctly, please contact us to let us know, and a new download link will be sent as soon as possible. Please ensure you have a perfectly working internet connection with no other downloads downloading at the same time, or any other YouTube videos or other content playing or buffering in the background BEFORE attempting to download. Please note that you are limited to either 3 or 5 attempts to download within a 72 hour period (or 7 days if it’s a training course) depending on the content, after which time you will not be able to access that content anymore using that download link, and will need to request another download link. To avoid unnecessary extra links being sent, please ensure that your internet is working well FIRST.
Certification Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you signed up to get certification for your course e.g. Solfeggio/Zobet Tuning Forks, or Earthing Tuning forks, it is sometimes possible to receive a refund within 30 days of your purchase depending on the reason for doing so. No refunds on certification fees are possible beyond that 30 day time period. Case studies are usually ideally done within the first six months after signing up for the course. If after that, you need more time to complete your case studies, then this can be extended up to a maximum time of 1 year after your purchase. The reason for this is so that you complete the course while the course content is still fresh in your mind and you’re more likely to pass your exams with flying colours!
Session Re-Scheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you’ve booked a session, upon completing payment, you agree to give Eeshi-Ra Hart at least 24 hour’s notice via website email here, or Facebook message, if you want to re-schedule your session, or cancel and receive a refund, and understand and accept that otherwise 50% of your session payment will unfortunately be non-refundable.
