Am really excited to let you know that myself and Andrea Tteja will be teaching a FREE 1 hour demonstration of our new and innovative yoga which combines the power of sacred sound with the qualities of the voice to deepen your yoga practice.
The class is in Kingston-upon-Thames on Wednesday, 22nd September from 6.30-7.30 pm.
