Eeshi-Ra Hart (formerly known as Ashera) has been a health and wellness practitioner since 1991 and has over 22 years’ experience in the sound healing world with a certificate in Tuning Fork therapy from the Institute of Cyberkinetics, UK and a Certificate in Psycho-Acoustics  (the scientific term for sound healing) from the Globe Sound & Consciousness Institute, USA where she has subsequently taught the Institute’s students online.  She has trained widely with other experts in the sound healing field e.g. Jonathan Goldman, John Beaulieu (the father of tuning fork therapy), Randy Masters, Chloe Goodchild and more!    She also holds ITEC diplomas in Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Sports Massage and a Diploma in Reflexology (IIHHT) and has trained in Hyperton-X Trauma Release Bodywork, Rebirthing and Biodynamic Breathwork Trauma Release.

Eeshi-Ra is passionate about empowering clients to become their own healers using the power of scientifically-researched and medically applied sound healing frequencies and those that are based on the laws of Nature and the Universe combined with the breath, the power of the voice, movement, body wisdom, light, sacred geometry & consciousness.

Eeshi-Ra offers sound healing throughout most of her sessions to help the body rebalance on all levels and to assist the client in opening to new levels of energy, energy flow, sensitivity, connection, embodiment, joy, harmony, unity and peace within.  Tuning the body with solfeggio sound healing frequencies (Zobet) is a wonderful way of taking you to that place of increased body awareness, inner connection, attunement and alignment and if you’ve never experienced them before, they are wonderfully relaxing and can be quite profound due to their ability to assist us in our own personal evolution and ultimately awaken us!

This exciting & innovative blending of different healing modalities supports clients in accessing deeper levels of embodiment, sexual empowerment and awakening of the Divine I Am within.  She teaches beginners & practitioners to mastery level & also mentors musicians, producers & the corporate world.
